She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Elder and Pearl Elder (Peckinpaugh); her husband Vernon Walton; and her brothers, Harold, Bernard and Bob Elder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Proctor and Stephanie Richardson; and her grandchildren, Derek Richardson, Cory Proctor, Nicole Vanatti and Dana Logan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
