She was predeceased by: her father Leon R. Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Phillips (Pell); and her siblings, Ed Phillips, Linda Evans and Melody Bullard (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
