He is survived by: his wife Julie Buchanan (Cook); his daughters, Amy Clark (Jason), Melanie Mangrum (Chan) and Brooklynn Buchanan; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Miranda, Madison Fenneman, Ashlyn Jones, Brant Mangrum, Jake Mangrum, Landon Clark, Brinlee Clark, Boston Clark and Aiden Mangrum; his great grandchildren, Brayson, Bryton, Braxton and Sawyer; his sister Venita Ray; and his mother-in-law Norma Cook.
