Foutch of Taswell and Steven J. Foutch of Phoenix, Arizona; and his sisters, Ruth Sevedge of Douglas, Georgia and Jo Bowman of Sulphur, Indiana. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters and 7 great-grandchildren.
