He is survived by: his wife Rita Taylor; his children, Tonia Murphy (Pat) of South Bend, David and Andrea Chustak (Dan); his grandchildren, Eileen, Maria, Emily, Meg Murphy, Katie Ackerman (Rob), Marita and John Chustak; his great grandchild Anastasia Ackerman; and his brother Daniel Hap.
