He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Koehn and Evelyn Koehn (Reed) of Elkhart; and his stepson Christopher Michaelis. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Koehn (Michaelis); his daughter Stephanie Homman; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Homman, Paige Craig and Codie Michaelis; and his sisters, Karen Cox, Kathy Galloway (David) and Beth Lusher (Art). He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
