He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sieradzki and Elinor Sieradzki (Sroda); and his siblings, Raymond J. (Theresa), Leonard (Shirley) and Rita M Sieradzki.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ann Radecki; his children, Jay A. Sieradzki (Kim Bevill) of Granger and Jill A Chamberlain (Lewis) of Niles, Michigan.; his grandchildren, Shannon M. Kuchik (Kristina) of South Bend and Robert C Sieradzki of Chicago, Illinois; and his siblings, Richard (Mary), Geraldine Goethals (Raymond) of Jackson and Barbara Isaacs (Dennis) of University Park.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (52553 N Fir Rd, Granger, IN 46530). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's research hospital.
