He was predeceased by: his parents, William Utz and Virginia Utz (Murphy). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Chris Utz (Carey) of Pewaukee, Nathan Utz (Laura) of Granger and Jenny Gamblin (Zach) of Pittsburgh; and his grandchildren, William, Kennedy Utz, Carter, Paxton, Rylie Utz, Brynn, Reid and Bennett Gamblin.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart at the University of Notre Dame (101 Basilica Dr, Notre Dame, IN 46556).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana at 111 Sunny Brook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
