He is survived by: his parents, Allene Schultz (Goentzel) and Delmer Schultz of Granger; his wife Lucy Katherine Fatter of Erie; his children, Victor James Schultz and Violet Katherine Schultz; his parents-in-law, Katherine and James Fatter of Erie; and his siblings, Debra "Debbie" Schultz (Virginia) of Chesapeake and Jeffrey Schultz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, life memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund designated for Victor and Violet at Father's Hand Foundation, the Center for Hospice Care, Life Action Ministries, or Gospel City Church Missions.
