He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Douglas Starks and Gladys Starks; and his siblings, Lois and Frank. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kay Sprunger; his daughters, Joy (Charlie Brainer), Dawn (Kent Chambers), Julie (Kevin Abbott) and Sara (Doug Zimmerman); and his grandchildren, Amy (Jude), David (Hannah), Michelle, Zach (Dani), Peter (Susie), Suzanne (Ethan), Kayla, Will (Hayley), Daniel, Elaina, Sam, Nathan, Luke, Ben, Grace, Annemarie and Gloria. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews.
