Max (Bell); his son Nicholas Lawrence Max III (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Tammy Adamic, Robyn Bryant and Lonnie D. Howe (Chris); his brother James Max; his nephew Joshua Max; and his niece Denise Max. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren and 13 step-great grandchildren.
