She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Embry and Stella Embry (Smith); her son Richard Middleton II; and her siblings, Carl Embry, Charles Embry, Jerry Embry, Daniel Embry, Marilyn Embry and Virginia Hall.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Middleton I of Grandview; her son Brad Middleton (Shannon) of Grandview; and her grandchildren, Tyler Sias, Myah Middleton, Alyssa Middleton, Grace Middleton, Ashton Middleton and Wyatte Madden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Spencer County Public Library.
