He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Richard Gengler and Roger Staats; and his aunt Helen Staats. He is survived by: his parents, Scott A. Gengler and Karen Lee (Staats); his siblings, Randy Koenig (Stephanie) of Delphos and Danielle Bowersock of Lima; his grandmothers, Charlene Staats and Marilyn Gengler; his uncle Mark Gengler (Debra) of Grabill, IN; and his aunts, Melanie Metzger (Mike) of Ft. Jennings, OH, Carla (Vance Martin) of Lakeview, OH and Tracy Burress (Mickey) of Sidney, OH.
