With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Bush of Grabill, Indiana, born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on March 28, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse and Mary; her daughter Jeanetta; her siblings, Earl and Doris; her nephew Tony; and her nieces, Kelly and Tina.
She is survived by: her husband Charles; and her children, Chuck (Joyce), Dan, Sue (Gordon) and Sherry (Steve).
Masks and social distancing at the funeral home is required.
