She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Maddex and Edith Maddex; and her brother Wayne. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Heintzelman and Ethan Anderson; her grandsons, Chris and Justin Jr.; and her siblings, Ellen, Carlotta, Paula and James.

Memorials may be made to Cancer Services of N.E. Indiana.
