He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer McGuire and Gladys McGuire; and his brothers, Norman Oldham and Mike McGuire. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Stepler, Larry McGuire Jr. (Maria), Victoria Haas, James McGuire (Patricia), Tod Sincler (Anna) and Dane McGuire; and his siblings, Janice Queen, Ronald McGuire (Catel) and David McGuire (Karen). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.

Preferred memorials may be directed to Covenant of Peace.
