He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy E. Lee and Norma J. "Jean" Lee (Balzer); and his brothers, Jim Lee and Michael Lee. He is survived by: his son Jayce Maple (Kaitlin Fisher) of Oxford, Ohio; his sister Beth O'Brien of Fort Wayne; his nieces, Nicole Kepler of Grabill, Ashley Heber of Antwerp and Katie O'Brien of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his nephew Michael O'Brien of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
