John Carl Flathau II Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2023, at the age of 78, John Carl Flathau II of Grabill, Indiana, born in Battle Creek, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Flathau and Peggy Flathau; his stepson Howard D. Fry; and his brother-in-law William Dickey (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Karen Fry (Smith); his sons, John Flathau III (Janette) and Ryan Flathau (Stacy); his stepchildren, Tonja Ashton (Jeff), Shannon Bowers, Kristi Morris (Brendan) and Troy Fry; and his siblings, Sue Dickey and Brent Flathau (Doryan). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
