He was predeceased by: his father Alan Fry; his grandparents, Margaret Smith, Lester Smith and Donald Smith; and his cousin Denise Cook.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Jean Flathau (Smith); his adoptive father Alan Fry; his stepfather John Flathau; his siblings, Kristi Morris (Brendan), Tonja Ashton (Jeff), Shannon Bowers and Troy Fry; and his stepbrothers, John Fathau (Jeanette) and Ryan Fathau (Stacy). He is also survived by 6 nieces and 6 nephews; and many great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
