He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sherman, Edsel Ray, Petral Gene, Donnie Jones and Juanita Jones Puterbaugh.

He is survived by: his wife Lucrissie Jones; his children, Teresa Jones of Fort Wayne, Beverly Jones of Fort Wayne, Chasitie Ousley (Ned) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. and Larry Jones (Abby) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.; his stepchildren, Janet Keathley (Tim), Valerie Rorrer (David), Melissa Hamilton, Randy Keathley (Angie) and Charles Keathley; his siblings, Rhonda Williams (Paul), Glenda Donohue (Dale), James Ricketts, Earl Jones and Tommy Jones; and his granddaughter Morgan. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
