We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2018, at the age of 79, Donald R. Donat (Grabill, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Ray Donat. He is survived by: his parent Carrie Donat; his wife Jacqulyn Donat; and his children, Tammy Carter (William), Teresa Schmidt, Tina Crosby (Dave) and Jessica Donat. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to donor's choice.
