He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas D. Glick and Freida Glick Taylor (Huppert). He is survived by: his wife Julie Louise Schwartz; his daughters, Regina Stephenson (Jason) of Newburgh, IN and Rebecca Ward (Paul) of Ft. Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Regan Stephenson of Newburgh, IN, Breanna, Ashley and Joshua Ward of Ft. Wayne, IN; his brother Harold Glick (Janet) of Peoria, AZ; his stepbrother Zach Taylor (Philippa) of Del Valle, TX; his father-in-law Edward Schwartz of Leo, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Marilynn, E. Earl Troops of Ft. Wayne, IN, David and Ann Schwartz of Garland, TX. He is also survived by 4 nieces and a nephew.
