He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mowan and Barbara Mowan (Albert); and his wife Anna Grace Liechty. He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Mary), Larry (Marion) and Mark; and his brother Harold. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
