He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Klopfenstein and Edith Klopfenstein (Snyder); his brother Foster; and his sister-in-law Willodean Klopfenstein. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Klopfenstein of Leo; his sons, Ron Klopfenstein (Lorene) of Colorado, Reg Klopfenstein (Kay) of Osceola and Rod Klopfenstein of Leo; his grandchildren, Kirsten Weber (Matt) of Colorado, Reid Klopfenstein (Maria) of Colorado, Matthew Klopfenstein (Amanda Heinsman) of Illinois and Joshua Klopfenstein (Nancy Murphy) of Texas; his great grandchildren, Ella Weber, Cole Weber and Ava Klopfenstein; and his sister Beverly Schantz (Richard) of Leo.
A private family graveside service will be held due to Covid 19.
