It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Duane Knight of Gosport, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Knight and Penelope Knight; his brother Kelly Knight; and his cousin Terry Knight. He is survived by: his wife Jeri Marcum-Knight; his children, Karley Smith (Monica), Kyle and Tommy Knight; his stepchildren, April Rookstool, Amanda Sapp and Jesse Sapp; and his siblings, Mark Moran, Kathy English (Al), Shawn Knight (LeEllen) and Darren Knight (Christy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 15 nieces and nephews and 22 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Floral Park (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
