She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Irvin and Cora Nova Wigal (Warthen); her grandmother Lucy; her children, Sandi Sutherlin (Randy) of Gosport and Frank Gilson (Sandy) of Indianapolis; her siblings, James Wigal (Lana) of Martinsville, John Wigal (Virginia "Susie") of Paragon, Helen Austin of Indianapolis and Bertha Bryant of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Vanessa Joseph (Mark), Jackson Umbarger (Carrie), Jessica Alanis (Jose), Brittany Gilson, Katie Gilson, Deidre Hansen (Will), Savannah Gilson and Sierra Gilson; her great grandchildren, Stephanie Wilson (Jake), Kolton Wise (Shelby), Blayne Joseph, Maggie Joseph, Carson Umbarger, Kyndal Umbarger, Cooper Umbarger and Sawyer Hansen; her great great grandchild Levi Wilson; her husband Noah Kelmer Carroll; her son Russell Gilson; and her siblings, Dennis Wigal, Arthur "Slug" Wigal, Violet Stevenson and Virginia Carmichael.
Due to the current COVID 19 outbreak, the immediate family will gather for a funeral service celebrating Lucy's life.
