William R. Bemis Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William R. Bemis of Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bemis and Cecile Bemis (Prudell); his brothers, Edwin and Peter Bemis; and his brother-in-law Roger Unger.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jo (Gainer); his children, Sara Smith (Earl) and Mark Bemis (Angie); his grandchildren, Aimee, Ana, Ezekiel Smith, Aiden, Caitlin and Briene Bemis; his siblings, Catherine Unger, Bridget Bemis, James Bemis (Bonnie) and Margaret Klein (Art); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Bemis and Suzanne Bemis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wakarusa Missionary Church (202 W Waterford St, Wakarusa, IN 46573).
