He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Skaggs and Margaret Skaggs (Evans); and his grandson Harold Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Karletta Amsden; and his siblings, Barbara Goodman of Michigan, Janice Smart (Danny) of Michigan and Lester Skaggs (Judy) of Colorado. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
