He was predeceased by: his father Charles D. Manning; and his siblings, Philip T. Manning, Therese Manning and Mary Miedl. He is survived by: his mother Mary Manning (Suffern); and his siblings, Charles (Kari), Shawn (Lori Bell), John Manning (Sheila), Ellen Fay, Evelyn Sanders (Eddie), Deborah Brice (Dave), Bernadette Regnier (Jim), Ann Holland, Kathleen Keenan, Maureen Legros (Eric) and Colleen Decker (Travis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; his ADEC family and other loving family members.
