He is survived by: his wife Dixie Russell (Ates); his daughters, Amanda Lee Russell (Ethan Haar) of Chicago, Lynn Gilvin (Bill) of Elkhart and Sonya Stanage (Steve) of Elkhart; his siblings, Gary F. Russell (Rebecca) of Dallas, Texas and Karen Hughes (John) of Parrish, Florida; his grandchildren, Spencer Haar, Mary, Nolan Gilvin, Tyler (Anabel), Broc Stanage (Megan), Ben (Brittany), Tim Selner (Andrea), Jessica and Donnie Frandsen (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Penny, Sophia Selner, Athena Frandsen, Rhett, Lillian Stanage, Greison Jump, Ethan Beachy, Guy, Julie Branam and Mckynzie Wingfield; and his niece Jennifer Berk (Scot). He is also survived by extended family, friends, co-workers.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Elkhart County Humane Society, The Center for Hospice Care, or plant a tree in Tom's honor.
