It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah E. Yoder (Goshen, Indiana), who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Sarah E. Yoder to show support.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli J. Troyer and Anna Troyer (Christner); her husband Henry B. Yoder; her daughter Mary Lou Sutter; her great grandchildren, Ryder Sutter, Zak and Jack Newcomer; and her siblings, Daniel Troyer, Elizabeth Schwartz, Mary Troyer and Susie Kuhns.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Newcomer (Paul) of Toto, Sarie Miller (Ken) of New Paris and Carl Yoder (Marcie) of Argyle, Texas; her son-in-law Ken Sutter (Beve) of Clarksville, Michigan; and her siblings, Felty, Joseph, John, Samuel, Jacob Troyer, Annie Yoder, Lena Hochstetler and Ella Bontrager. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Mennonite Church (23984 Co Rd 46, New Paris, IN 46553).
