He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Frank (Miller) of Middlebury; his wife Debra Weldy; his children, Wendy Patterson (William) of Bremen and Jonathan Frank (Emma) of Enola, Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Yolanda Vollmer (Bret) of Carlock, Jeffrey Frank of Goshen, Sandra "Sam" Derr (Bob) of Middlebury, Stacy Maxwell (Greg) of Goshen and Gary Frank (Stephanie) of Highland, Maryland.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
