He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Cleveland Jr. and Marjory Thorpe (Smith); and his stepfather Gerald Thorpe. He is survived by: his wife June Cleveland (Hess); his children, Ronda Berger, Mike Cleveland (Angie), Pam Ansell (Mike) and Missy Hawn; his grandchildren, Samantha Berger (Stephanie), Matthew Cleveland (Alisha), Heather Neff (John), Shane Ansell (Brittney), Nicholas Stutsman, Joshua Ansell, Ashley Berger, Zachary Hawn (Chloe), Kaylee Reeves (Kwame) and Cheuka Berger; his great grandchildren, Colton Berger, Logan, Gwen Cleveland, Jasmine, Sawyer Neff, Sage Ansell, Cason Stutsman, Ophelia Hawn and Quinton Reeves; and also Patricia "Pat" Mark.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Point Church (1155 N Main St, Nappanee, IN 46550). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
