He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Salisbury and Geraldine L. Salisbury (Twiford); and his sister Shirley Hilbish. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jeanette (Berkey); his sons, Stephen R. Salisbury (Jodi) and Scott R. Salisbury; his grandchildren, Brittany Salisbury (Trent Cook), Jonathan Salisbury and Olivia Salisbury; his great grandchild Jaxon Salisbury of Goshen; and his daughter-in-law Lynda Linton. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
