He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Foor and Jane "Elmira" Foor (Heath); his wife Betty J. Davies; his son Steven Foor; and his grandson Ryan Foor.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Foor (Doris) of Tulsa, Gregory Foor of Sanford, Brenda Vought of Elkhart and Brian Foor (Dawn) of Elkhart; and his siblings, Ernie, Orvil, Wayne, Eldon, Ervin, Jake "Alva", Lucille, Madonna, Evalyn, Florence "Tootsie", Arlene and Janette. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
