He is survived by: his wife Karen S Kramer; his children, Sarah Saliba (Jonathan), Matthew Hoff (Christa) of Indianapolis, Anthony Hoff of Indianapolis and Andrew Hoff (Candice) of Indianapolis; his stepsons, Matthew Bontrager of Goshen and Jeffrey Bontrager of Goshen; and his siblings, Mary Dyer (Marc), Virginia, Peg Breitenbach (Tim), Thomas Hoff (Jane) of South Bend, Jeff Hoff (Jo) of South Bend, Joel Hoff (Tracy) and Anthony Hoff (Sarah). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
