She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Fornshell and Florence Fornshell (Coffman); her husbands, Carl F. Johnson and Floyd E. Walsh; her son Robert A. Johnson; her grandchildren, Florence M. Simmons and Curt Johnson; her great grandchildren, Matthew Simmons and Bentlee Johnson; her siblings, Cherry Charlson, Lester Jr. and James Fornshell; her sisters-in-law, A. J. and Midge Fornshell; and her son-in-law Gary M. Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Jerilyn Simmons of Millersburg, Lisa Lantz (Allan) of Goshen, Terry Johnson (Debra) of Goshen and Mark Johnson (Jane) of Goshen; her siblings, Michael Fornshell of South Carolina and Tootie Penn of Knox; and her sister-in-law Brenda Fornshell of Chesterton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
