We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2023, at the age of 69, Patricia A. Thaxton of Goshen, Indiana, born in Huntington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Tackitt and Betty Ort (Nelson). She is survived by: her children, David Thaxton (Stacy) of Goshen, Travis Thaxton (Michelle) of Goshen and Tonya Thaxton of Elkhart; and her siblings, Deb Holdeman, Robert, Richard and Ronnie Tackitt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
