Laws of Goshen, Indiana, born in Leitchfield, Kentucky, who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carnes and Betty A. Estes (Meredith); her stepfather Henry Estes; her grandsons, Erik Morris and Anthony Leadford; her close friend Alfred Frost; and her siblings, Chuck, David, Randall Carnes, Sue Adkins, Patricia Estes, Barney and Timothy Estes.
She is survived by: her children, Lily Barrick of Goshen, Timothy Barrick of Goshen, Tabitha Leadford (Tony) of Goshen, Ian Rodden of Goshen and Nathan Rodden (Jennifer) of Iowa; and her siblings, Cindy Sheley (Vern) of Goshen, Henry Estes (Charlotte) of Kentucky, Phillip Estes of Kentucky, Brenda Carnes-Brooks of Kentucky, Karen Carnes-Nash (James) of Kentucky and Hank Carnes (Kimberly) of Kentucky. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
