He is survived by: his wife Rosa Guadalupe Chavez; his children, Miguel Navarro Quintero of Mexico, Carlos Navarro (Alicia) of Florence, Italy, Ramon Navarro of Goshen, Julieta Carvajal (Rigoberto Jr.) of Goshen and Fabian Navarro of Goshen; and his brother Ramon Navarro of Oakland, California.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
