With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mervin J. Swartzentruber of Goshen, Indiana, born in Lagrange, Indiana, who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Swartzentruber and Ruth Swartzentruber (Esch); his wife Marilyn Stutzman of Goshen; and his siblings, Harold and Edna (Dean Hochstetler).
He is survived by: his brother Paul (Jan) of Delaware, Ohio; his children, Julia Swartzentruber, Jo Rogers, Jean Murray (Rick) and John Swartzentruber (Lauren McKinney); his grandchildren, Samantha (Jiles Wanna), Ben, McKenna Reilly, Mika and Will Swartzentruber; and his great grandchild Jiles Jr..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Greencroft Foundation (Woodshop Fund) or Benton Mennonite Church.
