With solemn reverence, we commemorate Marilyn Kay Bontrager of Goshen, Indiana, whose life came to an end on January 27, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lehman and Edna Lehman (Eash); her spouse Menno Bontrager; and her siblings, Loranna Lehman, Leverna Lehman, Wilma Schrock and Ora Lehman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ellen Lehman of Middlebury, Merlyn Lehman (Grace) of Syracuse, Leland Lehman of Elkhart, Harley Lehman (Debbie) of Cedar Springs, MI, Olin Lehman (Katie) of Middlebury, Perry Lehman of Middlebury and Jerry Lehman of Middlebury; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Lehman of Middlebury. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Miller-Stewart Funeral Home (1003 S Main St, Middlebury, IN 46540). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Lawn Cemetery (700 E Warren St, Middlebury, IN 46540). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Mennonite Church (203 E Lawrence St, Middlebury, IN 46540).
Memorials may be given to First Mennonite Church.
