He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmon and Salina; his son-in-law Jeffrey Florian; and his siblings, Monroe, Freeman, Harvey, Marvin, Edna, Melinda, Jemima and Salina.

He is survived by: his wife Millie Jones; his children, Rodney (Judy), Rhonda Florian and Ronald (Laura); and his sister Mahalah Troyer (John). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Promedica Hospice.
