He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rassi and Eva Rassi (Markham); his daughter LeAnn Falcon; and his siblings, Barney Rassi, Raymond Rassi (Duff), Rosemary Fry and Allen Rassi.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rassi of Goshen; and his daughters, Shelly Rassi of Rome City and Jill Hoover (Sam) of Middlebury. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
