He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Staggs and Nadine Staggs; his son Todd Randall Staggs; his siblings, Stanley, Jim, Rodney, Steve Staggs, Karen Britton-Fletcher and Francis DeLagrange; and his brother-in-law Joe Reagin.
He is survived by: his son Mark Staggs (Lisa); his grandchildren, Gabby Shriver (Derek) and Audrey Arroyo (Christian); his great grandchildren, Luka, Hudson and Blakely; and his siblings, Connie Rigby (Tim), Suzie "Sue" Reagin and George Conners. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
