He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Eugene and Janet O. Hart (Pierce); his daughter Jill Hart; and his sisters, Brenda Holston and Lori Hernandez.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew David Hart (Amanda) of West Lafayette and Daniel Lee Kallenberger (Kiley) of Rogers; and also Robert Hart of Fort Wayne.
