He is survived by: his mother Clara Bontrager (Mishler); his sister Diane Woodworth (Todd) of Goshen; his nephews, Jesse Woodworth (Ariane) of Shipshewana and Luke Woodworth (Brittany Herschberger) of Shipshewana; and his niece Clara Elizabeth Woodworth of Houston, TX. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
