He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Ecklebarger and Verba E. Ecklebarger Sr. (Miller); his wife Leota M. Ecklebarger (High); and his son-in-law Robert "Bob" Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Linda Jackson, Lynn Ecklebarger (Debbie), Jerry Ecklebarger (Cindy) and Janice Metzler (Tom); and also Martha Sholtey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Homes (311 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
