She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. West and Carol West (Stine); and her sister Conalee West. She is survived by: her daughter Sheri D. Spurgeon (Michael); her grandsons, Tyler (Linda), Zachary (Nicole) and Cody (Katie); her great grandchildren, Isabella, Ryker, Declyn and Talyn; and her brothers, Kerry West (Gail) of Goshen and Randal West (Mary) of Goshen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
