He is survived by: his parents, John Ford and Leona Ford (Ranyard); his spouse Yvonne Jensen; his children, Randall Ford of Goshen, Rhonda Fulmer (John) of Phoenix, Rebecca Robertson (Tom) of Boca Raton, Duran Mishler of San Francisco and Heather Phoenix of Amelia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jade Gillis, Amber, Crystal Pfeiffer, Lindsey, Cassidy, Riley Robertson, Collin and Delaney Ford; and his siblings, Mary Wells of Wisconsin, David Ford of Wisconsin and Diane Lucas of Wisconsin.
